Shipping Rates and Delivery Fees
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. We offer Standard Shipping (3-7 business days), Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days), and Overnight Shipping (1-2 business days, available for select locations). Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location, holidays, and carrier availability.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs processing may occasionally cause delays. If your shipment is delayed, we will work diligently to resolve the issue and provide updates as needed.

Order Changes and Cancellation
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes. Please email us right away at info@mimishoom.com with your name and order number if you would like to cancel your order. Once an order has been processed, cancellations are not accepted.
Customs, Duties and Cancellation Fees
If customs or taxes are levied to your order, Mimishoom is not liable. The customer is liable for all costs associated with shipment, including taxes and tariffs. These expenses could differ between countries.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. If you need to update your address after your order has been placed, contact us as at mimishoom@gmail.com soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may be unable to make changes to the shipping address.
Lost Packages
Packages lost in transit are not our responsibility. We only take responsibility for your package until the mail carrier picks it up. Once your package leaves our doors, we have no control over when it will arrive. The consumer is in charge of tracking, finding items, or getting in touch with the mail carrier to file a claim. We are not liable for lost orders.
Returns and Exchanges:

Returns and exchanges are not accepted. Any products that are lost or damaged in transit are not Mimishoom’s responsibility. Please get in touch with the shipment carrier to make a claim if your delivery arrived damaged.
